Delhi weather

Delhi weather is always on the extremes for me. During the summers, it gets super hot. So hot that most of the times I am just sweating. It's unbearable to go outside. During the monsoon, it starts flooding. It rains so much, and all the roads just get flooded. You can't even take out your sedan because there's a chance of it drowning. You cannot make this stuff up. During the winters, it gets super chilly. You feel cold all day and the pollution just plummets.

Compared to when I used to live in Madison, I still think I like Delhi weather more. Madison used to get very depressing as it was cold from October till May. However, when it was not cold, Madison is truly one one of the most beautiful places on earth. The summers were heavenly, while the mid seasons like spring and fall always had amazing festivals and felt cathartic.

The mid seasons in Delhi are quite rare as they only last a few weeks but my god do I love them, I was just sitting outside today and it reminded me of Madison. There's genuinely no better feeling than when the sun hits you and you aren't profusely sweating. I love sitting outside in the sun and working.

Definitely have to work outside more this year.
